Let’s cook “Ndole “

             Ingredients   3cups of pilled And ground groundnut Washed vegetables (bitter leaf) Meat Canda  Smoked fish Cray fish Ginger/garlic White pepper 3 large Onion Seasoning Cubes and salt    Pepper Groundnut oil                    Procedure. Season your meat,canda and fish with seasoning cubes and ginger and garlic to taste. After 5mins of your meat cooking add your groundnuts to boil in the meat. Add water and allow to cook for 35mins. When your are sure the groundnut is ready and your meat is tender, put in your vegetables. Stir till it is uniformly mixed with your groundnut. Put in your seasonings (ginger garlic white pepper,pepper,salt and cubes to taste) Allow to cook for at most 5mins While that is done warm up your cooking oil and stir fry your onion in it for at most 1min then pour in the content into your vegetables.
